This Privacy Policy explains how Lovia collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Lovia mobile app and related services. Lovia is an adult-only (18+) AI companion app.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically as you use Lovia:

• Account data you provide, such as email, profile details you enter, device identifiers, and app settings.
• Chat content and metadata you create, to deliver and maintain your conversations.
• Usage analytics collected automatically to improve stability, performance, and personalization.

How we use your data

• Provide and maintain the service, including chat continuity.
• Generate AI chat replies and images through third-party AI services (see below).
• Improve features, safety, and overall user experience.
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

AI processing and third-party AI services

Lovia's characters are AI, and conversations are AI-generated. To create chat replies and images, the messages you send and the profile information you enter are transmitted to OpenRouter, a third-party AI platform that routes requests to AI model providers. We send only the data needed to generate a response, and we require these third parties to protect it with data-security and privacy safeguards comparable to our own.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Beyond the AI processing described above, we may share limited data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing) under strict confidentiality and only as needed to operate Lovia.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the service and legal requirements. You can delete a chat to reset that conversation. Contact us to request full account deletion.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, but no system is 100% secure. Please use the app responsibly.

Children

Lovia is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
